I live in Spain/France/Canada/U.K. – can I still order?

Absolutely! Shipping is $3.00 for international orders. However, we cannot guarantee finale delivery, as it will probably take longer to arrive. If you have any issues seeing the site/ordering please e-mail us immediately and we will do what we can to help.

Okay, I ordered. When can I expect it to come?

We cannot begin shipping orders until early to mid-June. After your order has shipped, it should take 3-5 days to arrive to locations within the U.S. International orders should allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

I pre-ordered my wristbands from the first batch, and they didn’t arrive for the finale. Now what?

We will be happy to refund you the price of the wristband at $3.23. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping or donation cost.

I pre-ordered my wristbands from the second batch, and they didn’t arrive for the finale. Now what?

Unfortunately, we’re already really pushing to get the first pre-order delivered in time and cannot guarantee delivery by the finale from batch #2. However, there is a very high chance you will get them by the finale, if not in the few days following.

I have received my wristband and am not pleased. Can I return it?

If there was an error with your order or you are not happy with your wristbands, please e-mail us at lostwristbands@gmail.com. We will assess from there options for returns/refunds.

Please do not send the wristband back to the return address on the envelope. As of 5/28 that address will not be valid.
